A precocious boy embarks on a day's journey to reconnect with an estranged relative, unaware of a long existing dispute between the both sides of his family.

Pediment is a drama that touches on the imbalance of identity, cultural differences and the perception of interracial marriages through the lens of a 2nd generation in Ireland who are still navigating an understanding of themselves and what it means to be Irish.
